Shipping & Exchange Policies

📦 SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Courier Services

  • We ship nationwide using reliable courier services: DHL or Flash Express.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via your registered contact channel so you can monitor your delivery status.

3. Delayed Delivery & Missing Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed, or if you have not received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.
  • How to report: Send an email to ryaathleticsbkk@gmail.com with your Order Number and Tracking Number. Our team will coordinate with the courier to investigate and expedite the process for you.

🧾 PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days after receiving your item.

  • The first day is counted from the date shown as “delivered” by the courier. For in-store purchases, the first day is counted from the purchase date on your receipt.

  • After 3 days, exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Items must be returned in 100% original condition with the original receipt. Tags must remain attached, and items must not be washed, worn, or damaged in any way.
  • Please provide your order number and the item name you wish to exchange so our team can check stock availability before proceeding.
  • If the requested item is out of stock:

    • You may exchange for another item of equal or higher value, by paying the price difference.

    • Exchanges for lower-priced items are not eligible for refunds or store credits.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Sale, Promotion, or Clearance items: Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

💬 ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

  • However, you may exchange for another item of equal or higher value within the 3-day period (with payment of any price difference).

  • If the new item is of lower value: You may add another item to make up the total amount. If you choose not to add any additional item, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.

📦 นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า (SHIPPING POLICY)

1. ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง

  • ทางร้านจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 2–3 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว

2. ช่องทางการจัดส่งสินค้า

  • จัดส่งผ่านบริษัทขนส่งชั้นนำ ได้แก่ DHL หรือ Flash Express
  • หลังจากจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางร้านจะแจ้งหมายเลขพัสดุ (Tracking Number) ให้ลูกค้าทราบผ่านช่องทางที่สั่งซื้อ เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งได้

3. ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการกรณีไม่ได้รับสินค้าหรือได้รับสินค้าล่าช้า

  • หากสินค้าจัดส่งล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด หรือลูกค้ายังไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม สามารถติดต่อทางร้านเพื่อตรวจสอบได้ทันที
  • วิธีแจ้งเรื่อง: กรุณาส่งอีเมลมาที่ ryaathleticsbkk@gmail.com โดยระบุ หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ (Order Number) และ หมายเลขพัสดุ เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่เร่งประสานงานและติดตามกับทางขนส่งให้อย่างเร่งด่วน

🧾 เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนสินค้า (EXCHANGE POLICY)

  • แจ้งเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
  • นับจากวันที่ขนส่งแสดงว่าส่งมอบเรียบร้อยเป็นวันที่ 1 หรือกรณีซื้อหน้าร้านให้นับจากวันที่ระบุในใบเสร็จเป็นวันที่ 1
  • หากเกิน 3 วัน จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ทุกกรณี
  • สินค้าที่ขอเปลี่ยนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ 100% พร้อมใบเสร็จรับเงินต้นฉบับ ต้องไม่ผ่านการซัก ไม่ตัดป้าย และไม่มีร่องรอยการใช้งานหรือชำรุด
  • กรุณาแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและชื่อสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยน เพื่อให้ร้านตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าก่อนดำเนินการ
  • กรณีสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนหมดสต็อก:
    • สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าอื่น ที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่า โดยชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่ม
    • ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่มีราคาต่ำกว่าและขอเงินส่วนต่างคืนได้
  • สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้เพียง 1 ครั้งต่อคำสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น
  • สินค้าร่วมรายการ Sale / Promotion / Clearance: ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ทุกกรณี รวมถึงไม่สามารถคืนเงินหรือเครดิตร้านค้าได้

💬 หมายเหตุเพิ่มเติม

  • คำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ คืนสินค้า หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี
  • สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่า โดยชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่มได้ (ภายในระยะเวลาเงื่อนไข 3 วัน)
  • กรณีสินค้าที่เปลี่ยนมีราคาต่ำกว่าสินค้าเดิม: ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกสินค้าเพิ่มเติมให้ครบตามมูลค่าได้ หากไม่เลือกรับสินค้าเพิ่มเติม ส่วนต่างที่เหลือจะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ทุกกรณี
