Exchange Policies

🧾 PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. You may request an exchange within 3 days after receiving your item.

    • The first day is counted from the date shown as “delivered” by the courier.

    • For in-store purchases, the first day is counted from the purchase date on your receipt.

    • After 3 days, exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  2. Items must be returned in 100% original condition with the original receipt.

    • Tags must remain attached.

    • Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged in any way.

  3. Please provide your order number and the item name you wish to exchange
     so our team can check stock availability before proceeding.

  4. If the requested item is out of stock:

    • You may exchange for another item of equal or higher value, by paying the price difference.

    • Exchanges for lower-priced items are not eligible for refunds or store credits.

  5. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

  6. Sale, Promotion, or Clearance items

    • Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

 

💬 ADDITIONAL NOTES

  1. Once an order has been placed and payment is completed:

    • It cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

    • However, you may exchange for another item of equal or higher value within the 3-day period (with payment of any price difference).

  2. If the new item is of lower value:

    • You may add another item to make up the total amount.

    • If you choose not to add any additional item, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.

เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนสินค้า (Exchange Policy)

  1. แจ้งเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 3 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

    • นับจากวันที่ขนส่งแสดงว่าส่งมอบเรียบร้อยเป็นวันที่ 1

    • หรือกรณีซื้อหน้าร้านให้นับจากวันที่ระบุในใบเสร็จเป็นวันที่ 1

    • หากเกิน 3 วัน จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ทุกกรณี

  2. สินค้าที่ขอเปลี่ยนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ 100% พร้อมใบเสร็จรับเงินต้นฉบับ

    • ต้อง ไม่ผ่านการซัก ไม่ตัดป้าย และไม่มีร่องรอยการใช้งานหรือชำรุด

  3. กรุณาแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและชื่อสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยน
     เพื่อให้ร้านตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าก่อนดำเนินการ

  4. กรณีสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนหมดสต็อก

    • สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าอื่น ที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่า โดยชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่ม

    • ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่มีราคาต่ำกว่าและขอเงินส่วนต่างคืนได้

  5. สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้เพียง 1 ครั้งต่อคำสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น

  6. สินค้าร่วมรายการ Sale / Promotion / Clearance

    • ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ทุกกรณี

    • รวมถึงไม่สามารถคืนเงินหรือเครดิตร้านค้าได้

 

💬 หมายเหตุเพิ่มเติม

  1. คำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว

    • ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ คืนสินค้า หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี

    • สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่า โดยชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่มได้ (ภายในระยะเวลาเงื่อนไขข้อ 1)

  2. กรณีสินค้าที่เปลี่ยนมีราคาต่ำกว่าสินค้าเดิม

    • ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกสินค้าเพิ่มเติมให้ครบตามมูลค่าได้

    • หากไม่เลือกรับสินค้าเพิ่มเติม ส่วนต่างที่เหลือจะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ทุกกรณี
